1. Exchange Process

If you find your sofa or armchair isn't the right fit for your space, we offer a one-time exchange for an item of equal or greater value within **14 days** of delivery. The customer is responsible for the difference in price and a flat-rate collection fee for the original item.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in "as-new" condition, free of pet hair, odors, or stains. Reclining mechanisms must be fully functional. Returns are not accepted on items that have been modified or treated with third-party fabric protectors.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within **7-10 business days** to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that floor models, clearance "As-Is" items, and custom-ordered upholstered TV chairs or sofas cannot be returned or exchanged. These sales are considered final at the time of purchase.
