Orders for standard armchairs, TV chairs, and stocked sofas may be cancelled for a full refund within **24 hours** of purchase. Once an item has been dispatched to our delivery partners, a flat-rate restocking fee of $50 will apply.
Because reclining sofas and chairs involve complex mechanical components and specialized transit, cancellations made after the item has left our warehouse will incur a **15% handling fee** to cover recalibration and safety inspections upon return.
Any piece ordered with custom fabric or specific configurations cannot be cancelled once production has commenced (usually 48 hours after order). These items are tailored to your specifications and are non-returnable.
Please inspect your furniture before signing the delivery receipt. If your sofa or chair arrives damaged, refuse the delivery immediately. We will arrange a priority replacement at no additional cost to you.
